VENTIA - Yarra Valley Water Inductions (part one & tw0)

Please follow these instructions to obtain the 1st Ventia (YVW) induction.  Must be completed in VISRES system. 

Yarra Valley Water induction: New Site card  

Supply the “Signed card (Yarra Valley Water) – with your signature” printed copies to admin@miepol.com   ****Can be digital copy signatures**** as YVW/Ventia will accept it that way. 

Follow the steps as outlined below:

1. Follow www.linksafe.com.au/yvw and follow the instructions to complete the Yarra Valley Water site induction. Once you have completed the E-induction, the system will email you with the induction card attached.

• Print in Colour a copy and cut out the site induction card. This is to be kept on you when working on YVW sites. Company entered must be MIEPOL.
• (This is required even though the email from linksafe says the card can be carried electronically)
• Site card can be laminated.
• It is imperative that this card is always carried when on Yarra Valley Water sites and works as evidence of having done the induction.
• The Induction card is valid for 12 months and a reminder will be sent to the nominated email address prior to expiry.
• (Please ensure you record your PIN and Password)

Please follow these instructions to obtain the 2nd Ventia (YVW) induction.  Must be completed in VISRES system 

Yarra Valley Water induction - Part 2 (ID CARD) Induction

Access to online inductions through VisTEP

Please ensure Google Chrome is being used as the browser for the below link.

Username:  ventia (all lower case)

Password:   contractor (all lower case)

• You will need to enter the required details for Multi Factor Authentication to receive your unique code to gain access to VisTEP.
• Click on the induction/s that need to be completed.

Here – complete the following inductions:

Core VisTEP inductions

• VisTep – Ventia - Yarra Valley Water – Project Induction (allow 1 hour, can resume if a break is      taken) 
• VisTep – Ventia - Critical Risk Protocols (please ensure you go to the very end and click on Record My Result at the final slide)
