Downer EDI Inductions

Please complete the nine modules listed below as they are all required to work on a Downer site.  You must complete them prior to your first day of working at Miepol.

Once you have completed them all, please email the induction certificate cards with your signature on them to admin@miepol.com 

Inductions needs to be done on a computer or laptop using google chrome or Microsoft edge web browser. 

Downer Induction: If you need to get into your previous login details, you can reset/ forgotten password first before contacting MIEPOL admin/Downer. Username must NOT be your e-mail address, Do Not create a new profile. Please use your existing profile) 

1.            Go to https://downeraustralia.integralcs.com/home/login/induction 

2.            Please make sure you under the company name you select "MIEPOL PTY LTD", then select ‘Infrastructure Services’ and ‘Victoria’ only and complete all the modules.      

There are currently 9 induction modules that require completion: (please send the 9 Downer induction cards. Make sure you sign them before sending to  admin@miepol.com )

3.   Preventing Sexual Harassment (Mandatory Requirement) 

4.   Zero Harm at Downer

5.   Banned and Restricted Items Register

TO BE COMPLETED EVERY TWO YEARS:

6.   Induction Module 02: Group Compliance – Standards of Business Conduct – Downer – Road Contractors   (requires completion every 2 years)

7.   Induction Module 03: Group Compliance – Workplace Behaviour – Downer – Road Contractors (requires completion every 2 years)

TO BE COMPLETEDLY EVERY YEAR

8.   Our Safety Focus 2023 (requires annual completion - renewal)

9.   Road Services Our Safety Focus 2023 (requires annual competition - renewal)

If you are logging in to update and expired module please follow the below instructions to update:

1. Log into the Downer Contractor portal
2. Click ‘My Details’ on the top panel.
3. Click ‘My Course Groups’ on the left-hand side panel.
4. Click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the page.
5. The modules should become available on your profile. 

Handy Tips & Tricks for completing modules.

· Do not fast forward or skip through any video clips. 

· There may be some “dead space” at the end of some of the videos, please wait an extra 30 seconds before clicking out of the module. 

· Please read each question thoroughly and do not speed through them too quickly.

· If you encounter any issues please take a screen shot of the last completion page (including your name in the top right corner) and send through to the support team for trouble shooting. 

· Some of the assessments require a minimum pass of 80%, you have 3 attempts to pass this module, if failed the course will lock.  You will then need to contact the Downer support team for further instruction. 

1. Complete on a desktop/laptop computer, using Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Firefox
2. Ensure each slide loads fully before clicking to the next – do not skip through.
3. Answer all questions that come up mid-module.
4. To exit the module, use the exit button in the module (don’t use the  browser’s close button).
